    We provide credit repair, credit consulting, and business development support services, which may include but are not limited to:

  • 3-bureau audits

  • Dispute letter generation and processing

  • Credit analysis and coaching

  • Ongoing support and monitoring

  • Business credit education and resources

  1. ELIGIBILITY
    You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. By using our site or purchasing services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

  2. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
    You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete personal and financial information

  • Promptly communicate any changes to your contact or credit information

  • Not use our services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

  • Maintain any payment arrangements as agreed

  1. FEES AND BILLING
    There is an initial registration fee, which includes a full 3-bureau credit sweep and 3 months of support.
    After the initial period, you may opt into our ongoing professional support for a monthly fee.
    All payments are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Late or non-payment may result in service termination.

  2. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
    While we are committed to providing professional and diligent services, we do not and cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including increases in credit score or the removal of particular items. Individual results vary based on your credit profile and third-party credit bureaus’ policies.

  3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
    You may cancel ongoing monthly support at any time.
    Refunds for initial services are only considered in cases of non-performance as determined by our internal review. No refunds will be issued for completed work.

  4. COMPLIANCE
    We comply with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and other applicable laws. We do not charge for any service until it has been fully performed unless otherwise permitted by law. All services will be documented, and you may request a written copy at any time.

  5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and digital products, is the property of Union Business Group LLC dba Union Business Center and protected by copyright laws. You may not reuse or distribute this content without our written permission.

  6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Union Business Group LLC dba Union Business Center and its employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

  7. CHANGES TO TERMS
